I tenei ra:today we went from chaunrakhaka to namche bazaar.when we were wallking it was quite hot.it only
Took about 1 and a half hours maybe 2. the the track was a llitle bit steep but the track was short.
On the walk I think we crossed about 4 bridges. today as me and mingma(he is one of the sherpas)were passing some men on the track who were trying to lift up a realy big rock and there hands were slipping so they couldn’t lift it up .and also there were some other people were trying to crack a rock with a sledge-hamer….

Last time you did the track up to Namche you took for evvvvvvvvvvvva, but so did we all. Glad to hear it isn't a problem for you now :-)
